Yesterday Yahoo! launched online poker for real money. I think this is huge news in the gaming/gambling industry as one of the worlds largest online company decides to enter a market where the competition is fierce and as it is today have 4 largest poker networks (PokerStars, PartyGaming, Full Tilt Poker and Ongame Network (bwin)) sharing 60-80% of the online poker real money market.

It is both interesting to see how Yahoo with its huge customerbase can create liquidity in the Boss Media Poker Network and also see which markets it will focus on in the future.

I believe Yahoo can be one of the biggest players in online poker if they choose to put focus on it.
